Migrating from Exchange 2003 to Microsoft Exchange Online

We just performed a migration for a client from Exchange 2003 (part of Windows Small Business Server 2003) to Microsoft Exchange Online.  The process was extremely easy although you have to be patient while your user’s existing mailboxes are uploaded – we moved over 10Gb using the mailbox migration tool.  You can easily migrate from Exchange 2000, 2003 and 2007, POP3 or IMAP4 is also supported.

If you want to find out more I recommend you read the following document about migrating to Microsoft Online Services.

Exchange Online allows you to use your own email domain, it also supports E-mail Coexistence so you can continue to use your existing Exchange environment while evaluating Microsoft Exchange Online.
