Hyper-V and Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (SP2)

Just to be clear Windows Vista will NOT be getting the Hyper-V Role added in SP2.  The Hyper-V update mentioned by Microsoft in their SP2 information is just to include the Hyper-V RTM Role into SP2 for Windows Server 2008 so you no longer have to go to Windows Update to update it to the RTM release.

Sad I know but I have been using Windows Server 2008 as my primary development machine since February ’08 and I’m not looking back.  Hyper-V is just too awesome a Role and it works so well.
