Yesterday at the VSLive conference in San Francisco, Quest Software announced that it will be offering an Oracle Database Schema Provider (DSP) for Visual Studio Team System Database Edition 2010. The DSP gives VSTS developers the ability to work with non-Microsoft databases without limitations for the first time. You can sign up to be notified upon its release.
Microsoft and IBM have also partnered to develop a DSP for DB2 which is on-going.
