VSTS 2008 SP1 Bug: Web Tests that result in redirects ignore the specified think time in a load test

This is a regression from RTM but Bill Barnett has a blog posting discussing the problem and source code for a Web Test plug-in which can be added to each Web Test to get around the problem.
